About Pistrun
Renting outdoor equipment in Türkiye depends on knowing the right shop and turning up at the right hour. Pistrun exists to change that.
The problem
There are hundreds of rental businesses at Türkiye's ski resorts, coasts and camping regions. In most of them the inventory lives in a notebook, bookings arrive by phone, and the price depends on who is asking. On the customer's side the result is queueing at 09:00 and accepting whatever size is left.
On the business side the loss is different: the same kit promised to two people, inventory idle out of season, and no way to reach a new customer.
What we do
Pistrun is a marketplace that gathers rental listings into one app. The customer sees the equipment, the price and the pickup point up front, completes the booking on their phone and shows a QR at the counter. The price is computed on the server, so no two screens can disagree.
On the business side, listings, prices and bookings are managed from an operator's own panel. There is no monthly fee and no listing charge; payment is taken only on completed bookings.
What we believe
A rental transaction starts with the customer knowing what they are paying for. Every listing therefore states what is included, extras appear as separate lines, and no amount is hidden until the booking is confirmed.
Our second principle is verifiability: a listing appears in the app only once the business has published it and an administrator has approved it. Instructor profiles pass the same review.
Where we are
The app is built for iOS and Android and runs in Turkish, English and Russian. It is not yet published in the stores; people on the early-access list hear from us the day it lands.
