1. This website

pistrun.app is a fully static marketing site. It carries no forms, no accounts and no comments, and no personal data reaches us through it. Early-access and partnership enquiries arrive by WhatsApp, email or phone, and that communication is subject to the terms of the platform used.

The site may optionally run anonymous usage measurement through Google Analytics 4. If no measurement ID is configured, the analytics script is not loaded at all. In development it is deliberately disabled.

2. Server logs

The site is published through a hosting provider. For security and availability, the provider may keep access logs (IP address, browser information, request time). Our access to these is limited to aggregate statistics in the provider's dashboard and is not used for marketing.

3. The Pistrun mobile app

The app processes what the booking flow needs to work: account details (name, email), booking records, and messages exchanged with a shop or instructor. Location is used only to show nearby listings, and only with the user's permission.

Booking amounts are computed on the server. When a payment provider is integrated, card details are not stored on Pistrun servers; they are passed directly to the provider.

4. Sharing

When a booking is created, the information needed to fulfil it (name, booking contents, date) is shared with the relevant shop or instructor. Beyond that, personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing.
