These terms govern use of the pistrun.app website and the Pistrun mobile app. By using the site you accept them.

2. Pistrun's role

Pistrun is a marketplace. The rental contract is formed between the user and the business renting the equipment, or the instructor providing the service. Pistrun is not a party to that contract; the condition, handover and return of equipment are the responsibility of the business concerned.

Listing information is entered by the business. Pistrun reviews listings before publication but does not guarantee the accuracy of every technical detail within them.

3. Content on this site

The guides on this site are for general information. Advice on equipment choice, sizing and measurement follows widely accepted practice but does not replace measurement and expert judgement at the rental counter.

Copyright in the text and images published here belongs to Pistrun. Quotation with attribution is permitted; wholesale reproduction is not.

4. Limits of liability

Outdoor sports carry inherent risk. Correct use of equipment, assessment of conditions and use of appropriate protective equipment are the user's responsibility. Pistrun cannot be held responsible for outcomes of decisions taken on the basis of general information published here.
