What is processed and why

No personal data is collected through this website. In the app: identity and contact data (creating an account and attaching a booking to a person), transaction data (forming and performing the booking), message content (communication between the user and a shop or instructor), and location data (showing nearby listings; only with permission).

Legal basis

Data is processed on the grounds that it is necessary for the formation and performance of a contract (art. 5/2-c), for compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç), and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). Location data rests on explicit consent (art. 5/1) and permission can be withdrawn at any time.

Transfers

The minimum information needed to fulfil a booking is transferred to the relevant shop or instructor. Transfers to hosting and payment service providers are made only to the extent the service requires. Where a transfer abroad occurs, the conditions of Article 9 of the Law apply.

Your rights (art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, to request erasure or destruction, to require that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to results produced against you solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage.
