A long season and deep supply
On the Antalya coast the water-sports season opens in April and runs to November. That length gives the region more varied rental supply than anywhere else in Türkiye: paddleboards and kayaks, diving, jet skis, wakeboards.
Deep supply also widens the price spread. Hearing different numbers for the same kit along one stretch of coast is common — this is where comparing prices on a listing pays off most.
Beyond the sea
The foothills of the Taurus mountains, half an hour from the coast, offer an entirely different landscape: ATV and off-road routes, canyon trails and plateau camping. In midsummer it is the most practical escape from the coastal heat.
For campervans the Antalya coast has some of the best infrastructure in the country. Even so, campsites fill in season; identify the ones on your route in advance.
